Please add your health testing documentation on all breeding dogs. If you have filed with OFA then please take a screen print and send in the OFA information. Vet signed health testing is also fine. Here are the health testing requirements for Breeding dogs In ADDITION to CAER (eyes) and Patella, two of the following tests must be completed The two additional tests, not including CAER and Patella, can be selected from the following list of tests. Approved Tests – not including CAER and Patella 1. OFA Cardiac, or any other OFA certified cardiac exam such as echo etc. 2. OFA Hip, or HIP/LCP combined 3. OFA Penn Hip 4. OFA Elbows 5. OFA Thyroid 6. Biles and/or other liver testing
